Lack of sleep is a common complaint but for many, falling asleep involuntarily during the day poses a very real and dangerous problem.

OMGoodnes....I can't wait to see the pictures either! When Mayson was eating his cake..he was so sleepy. He started rubbing one eye, and his head lay down on the table onto the cake crumbs and he kept rubbing his face back and forth in them. When he picked his head up, he grinned. Oh...my heart! We brought the rest of the cake home, so Dorian asked his Daddy if he could come home with us to eat cake. I'm so in love.... love

I didn't vote because it varies for me, most nights I get 7-8 hours of sleep, but I've gotten none on occasion also!! But I NEED my sleep, if I don't get the 7-8, I'm no good!!
