| We've officially entered the hard months, the "dark ages" as the midshipmen at the Naval Academy say: the time of the year when the sun disappears and the pale complexions of your friends remind you that you had better take your vitamins or else you'll have a cold to go with your pasty look.

Don't let the cold weather be an excuse not to sweat. We have centers today called "gyms" where people exercise inside! Granted, it's not the same--watching the news or listening to the soundtrack from "Rocky" as you run in place as opposed to jogging along wooded paths with a view of the bay. But you accomplish the goal: a heart rate over 140 beats a minute. I have my own gym, my Wii fit with the Jillian Michaels workout. Yikes she's rough | |

| I have my first appointment with the new one next month that is what I am waiting for. I have a feeling I will be put on disability because my other doc's are saying that they can't find any meds to stabilize me between the seizures, bipolar, and migraines. Any thing to stabilize the bipolar, either sets off the seizures or makes me scitzo with psycotic episodes. if they try to change my seizure meds, it sets off the migraines and seizures.....that is why I changed to a mood and med specialist. It took me 3 1/2 months to get the appointment. All of the other meds, made me worse. And all of this makes the fibro worse. It is a big circle that I haven't been able to break for the last few years. Ever since I went off of the lilthum without dosing down, I just went off it, (I know stupid) I have been much worse and if I even speed up my metabolism to the exercise rate, I go manic. | |

| It's sounds like you are in a vicious cycle friend. I hope they can help you. Besides, you're too young to be on SSDI. How's Jack doing? | |

| Jack is wonderful! He is so good to me....he spent over $300 this weekend on me so I would have more money to go and buy myself goodies for myself He bought me floor mats for my new car to save the carpet, stuff like that, and you know, he keeps me laughing all of the time. He told me he that in all of his life he has never been so happy or laughed so much and he did't ever want this to end and any problems that we may have or may come up, well we had the rest of our lives to fix or get over | |
