my back

funny the more i do the better i feel, im loosing weight, moving around pretty good,lifting heavy stuff i aint doin, but i have been bending my knees anytime i used to bend over, and it seems to help alot, walking seems to help more than anything


so things are looking good

heheheh i think maybee its cause kira came to live with me, and ya know she tells me my apt feels like home. im very lucky to haVE HER WITH ME, and wells we walk to the ends of the earth together, i think aot has to do with the car, i needed to get my legs back and i feel myself much stronger now, so wen it does get going again, i must remebeer to walk alot!!

both aRE VERY STRESSFUL cause i have to work, and work all day, but wells, myabeee thats why im sick now, or have bad alergies, i am taking it easy aND RESTING NOW, not much else to do, me wills be ok, the back is doing good, loosing weight and that is helping...........i do wish i wasnt feeling ill, yucks!!!!!

i feel a tiny bit better today, coughing more since i walked rocky, my asma dont like this weather, and im spitting up yucky flem, not real bad, but i guess its part of my cold, i do feel better than yesterday, and in a few ill be all better, anxiety is not good, im going nuts in the house grrrrrrrrrrrrr
