stupid back

grrrrrrr it started last night in my lower back, then after i rang the church bell cause a whiney no nothing church member with a big mouth was complaining, i call her big mouth beverly hehehe anywho now my freAKIN back started, grrrrr pain and tightness, high and low, its some better now, but i feel it lifting stuff, just wen i begin to live my life, start walking more, feeling better, now this, and now i hate my job, 99 percent of the peoploe there, but wells its easy cash,grrrrrr today just sucked grrrrrrrr

yea im gonna mellow out tomm, just gotta pic up meds and the drug store is close by, got alot to do at work for the holidays, but im going back to letting my son do most of it, i aint screwing with my back, maybeeeeee i was just doing to much, i did begin my old exewrcises last night, along with my back ones, so maybee just the little i did strained it, ok ill stick to just walking for exercise, im sure ill be fine in a day or 2.

Sorry to hear your back is giving you grief Ed. Give it a few days of TLC. It's that time of year for sinus problems, mine are making me crazy!

yea my back kicked in yesterday, alot of times sinus alergies set things off, im pretty sure its all related, and to top it off my tire is going flat grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ok but i did find out its smaller then all the rest, maybeeee thats why the car pulls to that side grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr im glad my 16 year old kid can change it for me

Ed, there is a reason we call him "Doc Mike" he is right....please take it easy you could very well injure that back and then it could take a very long time to heal.....and nothing on this earth is worth your health, nothing! I had to learn that the hard way, don't you

hard wen you work and have 200 bosses, everyone who is a member there thinks they can tell ya what to do or just whine about you not doing it, then it gets passed around and they kick your name in the mud, if i could quit now i would,but i cant, no one else would hire me, but im gonna talk to the pastor, he is a good guy and once had a broken back, so he gets it, my back hurts but its good pain, its juist over doing \it pain i think, but i am back to lettinbg my son do everything again, i can stioll walk the dog, keep busy and all, but i know wen to say wen, i think i got caught up in feeling good and forgetting myself, all this over alergies and a stupid church bell

It's awesome that you have your son to help you Ed. I know how easy it is to over do things when you are having a good day. I do that all the time even though I know better. Hope your back feels better soon Ed.

i am taking it very easy, the cold out made this worse than it had to be, so im gonna try to dress warmer, and wells no lifting anything, i do feel a bit better today, stress in my life is making it alot worse, lots of bull at work, think its gonna stop now though, long story, but the stress causer was caught harassing others by my minister, she has been on me since i hurt my back, so we will see if it stops, im thinkin yes
