Beach Party

It's been a little slow here so how about a summer party. Bring your swim suits and let's have a good old fasioned beach party

I'm in! I just found out I lost another 6 pounds!! drinks on me!! I have lost a total of (drum roll) 52 pounds since last December!!! I can now wear a bathing suit!!

Congrats friend. That's a huge amount of weight to lose. Now we want to see a pic of you in a bathing suit

i made sandwhiches and started to eat one and said to myself wow, this sandwhich got soggy real , and then i saw a grin on rockys face, and then it hit me, blahhhhhhhhhhhhh yuk ewewewwewewe
