Beat Your Depression at the Beach

I usually don't post any new info during the weekends and holidays because every one is busy. But I felt that with the long holiday and some people who are alone, depression can be a beast.

It has been statistically proven that sunshine or sunlight can physically improve the symptoms of depression in people AND that white noise such as crashing waves of the ocean can help anxiety-ridden people relax and get better sleep.
