Panic Attack

A panic attack is a period of intense, often temporarily disabling sense of extreme fear or psychological distress, typically of abrupt onset.

Though it is often a purely terrifying feeling to the sufferer, panic attacks are actually an evolutionary body response often known as the fight-or-flight response.

I get these when I go to the mall alone. Sometimes I sit in my car and cry because I can't go in

I get them when my heating bills comes in

My panic attacks keep me from breathing, then I can't stop crying I have several a night, and sometimes some in the day I wake up like this or now just thinking of my daughter moving to Flordia does is

In time friend, Jack will take those panic attacks away. You need some stability and I think he's got the answer

I hope it doesn't happen to me. I took 1/2 day and my mom and I are going to the mall. Lots of President's Day sales. Wish me luck
