To some extent, we all suffer from anxiety, from the most basic - what to make for dinner - to the most severe - someone who can't leave the house because he or she is too scared of what could happen outside.

Interesting, I don't get panic attacks too often. Only when I'm driving. sob like today. Just the thought of driving all over South Jersey not knowing where I'm going. I sure hope my GPS gets me there dunno That's why I'm up at 5AM.

When I was first diagnosed, I was afraid to go out of the house. I was sure they could tell by looking at me I'm BP. But not anymore head spin

I get anxiety attacks all the time, especially before I have to drive or if there is construction on the road with the barriers with the lights, the flashing lights does something to either my bipolar or my seizures, I go totally nuts and right into an anxiety attack... sob and if I can't understand something I should because of the damage to my brain (sometimes my brain doesn't seem to work right) or can't remember something from my past that the rest of my family can I go into one sob

Brianna, I found this article for those of us that panic at the idea of going somewhere we don't know well! Isn't is nice to know that we are not alone here?
They are saying that getting lost is sometimes a disorder:
Getting lost often, even in familiar places? Your cognitive map may be out of whack.

I certainly think her cognitive map is out of whack. She got lost on her first stop and was behind 1 1/2 hrs before the day even started faint
