Jingle Bells,
Pain is hell,
We’ve got it night and day,
Medicines and blocks and TENS,

Pain control
Is the goal
We struggle with each day,
Doctors’ visits help us some,
But don’t keep pain away.

Struggling with our pain,
Our losses and our grief,

Some mastery and relief,
We’ve learned a few good tricks,

And ditch our misery.

And it sucks, big time

I just had to make the choice of less pain, sleeping, and no anxiety for not hearing voices and seeing thing,s deep depression and having seizures I am now back to the pain, sleeplessness, anxiety attacks, etc. I am never sure which is the right decision.

Hopefully it's just holiday stress friend. It's almost over

I hope so, I am just tired of trying meds that seem to make one thing so much worse that I can't use it for the other thing

I hope your pdoc is aware of what other meds you're on Terry. It's no good to mix with bipolar
