My dad's in the hospital

Lord, we lift up Kira's father to you. We ask Father that you keep him and his family and friends in your loving care. We know that you are the author of life, our creator, we trust you. You are the great physician, willing to sacrifice yourself for us out of your great love for us. Thank you that we can rest in that, knowing the greatness and source of your love for us. Lord, Kira's dad is blessed to have the love and care of family, blessed that you love him. We boldly ask for protection and peace for himself and his family. We ask for your will and purpose to be clear, and your presence felt. We ask for health, trusting in your wisdom. Father, we ask for strength, for widsom and skill on the doctor's part. We pray that YOU will be seen in this families love for one another.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Thank the good Lord my dad's a grumpy old man :D He pulled through and he's coming home today. My mom's so worried about him and he has to really behave himself ;)
