I'm not taking antidepressants because they make me manic. I'm taking lithium and lamictal which has antidepressant qualities.

I found this and thought it might be helpful. If you're not on a mood stabilizer please let your pdoc know.

I'm on prozac and I LOVE it...I missed it a few times and I can really notice a difference!!
