| There is a fire on the Mountain 20 miles from here. The town is called Crown King. They evacuated the residents, about 150 of them, to the High School here. So far 5 homes have been totally lost. The had destroyed 5000 acres by last night and by this morning is was at 53,000 acres. This area is a beautifully wooded area that is rugged and hard to get into or out of and the firefighters are having a heck of a time with it. I just wanted to ask for a few extra prayers for my neighbors to save there homes and town. Also, it is heading this way. This town has been around for over 125 years and is a great little hide away. | Thank you my friends, they evacuated Bumble Bee today...another 5,000 acres burned since yesterday.  It is headed toward Black Canyon City, between here and New River. They had it 5% contained this morning. | |
