Are you taking your meds Lost One? Did you miss a dose, any med changes?

I'm right with you Lost One....ever since my boys left, it takes everything in me to stop crying Which is really hard right now....I miss them SOOOOOOOO much!! Sorry, this is about you sweetie....not me!! I hope you are feeling back to yourself soon!!

Can I join in this whine and cheese party? I saw my pdoc and it's official............I'm bipolar, no type specified yet. I have to start tracking my moods. Anyone know of a good mood journal? She said you can get them online I started on Depakote (sp?) Anyone have any experience with this one?

Brianna....I have no experience with that med, but hopefully someone here does. As for a mood chart there is a place I go to on occasion www.bipolarsupport.org, they have a mood chart HERE!!

Brianna I'm sorry but we all know how it is when you're first diagnosed. it's important to track your moods. I tried Depakote but it didn't stabilise me. I hope it works for you

I'm sorry Brianna, it is hard to get use to the the diagnosis Depakote works for some and not for others, I take the Topamax, it is like Depakote, but isn't suppose to cause the weight gain as badly??? I know several people on both meds. I also am taking Lithium to help. I am just so sorry you have to feel this too.
