We made it through the work week, well have to get through today first. It's going to be a beautiful day with low humidity. The weekend, back to hazy, hot and humid.

I'm here....haven't gotten any sleep I've been up worrying about my kids all night (see prayer requests). Hope you all have a fantastic Friday!!

im in alot of pain......but the tylonal and ice and heat i have been aplying is helping some, but i still may bhave to hit the emrgenmcy room, my son may stay wiuth me soon to help me, i was almost unable to walk the dog today, the thing is i have major hip pain from my back, and need to sit alot to take pressure of the nerves

I feel for you Ed.
I have ddd in my entire spine being really bad in my cervical and lumbar as well as a long list of other problems and osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia as my main pain causing complaints.
I did some yard work this morning and now I am paying for it.
It's very hard to walk most of the time and I am having a very hard time adjusting to life with not only mental, but now physical disabilities as well.
It is taking years and years for my ssd to be approved.
Has anyone else gone through that ?
I thought all the years I worked and paid into the government it would be there for me when I became disabled or retired but it takes forever.

yea the mental part of pain hurts me worse than the physical, im taking tylonal 4 times a day with ice and heat, monday is my doc apt,,,,ill be ok
