Sorry for my lack of presence but I had a few bad pain days. I had a few med adjustments and finally it's starting to work.

My wish today is for everyone at Hugz to have a pain free day, whether emotionally or physically. I love you all

me is back, i got a shot and do feel some better, i still cant do anything, but i am moving better and standing strait up more, i can be alone now, but i dont do anything cept for walk round the apt, its good for my back, ed and rachle walk the dog and everything for me, plus im talking 2weeks off of work, i have vacation coming and its time to use it, wells thanks all for you well wishes, sunday wen i fell it was very scary, i just made it home from work, almost couldt drive, i shuolda asked for help...........my body was all cramped, mosatly in my right leg, and my back was totally stiff.........anywho, let mme go rest some, ed is coming over tp spend the day with me, i hope to walk outside a tiny bit for some air, all in all i feel a little better!!!!thank god!!!!!!!! a lesson learned, i will never put off a doc apt again!!!!!!!!!!!
