Couple Things??

What is this reputation thing? Mike has 3 and I have 0? And what do you do with the chat area at the bottom?

I just figured it out. But no one was in there

I think she is talking about the chat room that shows at the bottom of the home page (I just noticed it myself a few days ago...observant ain't I???). And on the left side where everyones avatars show it lists number of posts, age, reputation, registration date. I have no clue what the reputation is for, but as long as my reputation isn't listed as "bad bad bad" I guess I won't worry about it. :)

I don't even see my reputation..must be so bad it can't be listed...

Sorry for not explaining, I was in a hurry. The chat is just that, if someone is feeling really down and maybe they want to talk and they don't have Facebook.

The reputation thing, I'm not sure if it's working and I have to ask at the support forum. But this is what it is:

The reputation system, as you have noticed, is a sub part of the points system. It also works with points.

In each posts, if the feature is activated, small buttons to rate the post will be apparent. Each positive or negative rate can make you win or
lose reputation points.

The number of points won or lost can be modified and can be customized for each categories.

The button "Thanks" allows a member who created a topic to thank the user who wrote the message that it considers most appropriate. The post then
appears highlighted.
