I'm going to try Terry's dish right now. Bud is just famished

We had a great salad today...Greek...it had thin slices of beef (you can get those in the deli and have them sliced to whatever thickness you like), get a good pre-packaged salad mix, some kalamata olives, marinated artichoke hearts, feta cheese, a bag of fresh spinach leaves that are already pre washed for ya..and a bottle of a good vinaigrette salad dressing of your choice..maybe a raspberry. Mix your greens together, drain your olives and artichokes really well and gently toss them into the salad. Crumble the feta cheese and gently toss that in. Lay the beef slices over the top (you can leave out the beef if you wish and just go for a greek salad). Put the vinaigrette into a nice cruet for serving at the table so the greens won't wilt. Yummy and really pretty. Easy, too.

My mom makes the best Greek salad and she chops it in the blender so it's nice and small. then throws all this feta cheese on top

MMMM..somehow the fish sticks we had for dinner just aren't doing the trick now...

Psst Michelle, I could always go to the store and buy a greek salad. Much easier. Tomorrow's the big day
