Seeing a psychologist or other mental health professional isn't an unusual thing; in fact it's relatively common. Nearly three in ten U.S. adults (29%) report that they have received treatment or therapy from a psychologist or other mental health professional.

That is an understatement! I know this from personal experience! Think I am just great only to realize that I am really manic

I'm going to do my best not to let the holiday stress get to me. I have to practice my grounding techniques all the time during the holidays

I use a rubber band, slap my wrist when I get the urge to cut
