| The Bipolar Disorder cause is said to be the inequity of neurotransmitters in an individual抯 brain. Scientists are still in the dark as with the reason for such disproportion of chemicals in the human brain. Although stress and other environmental factors do cause dramatic mood swings, this is not one of the Bipolar Disorder causes. Instead, Bipolar Disorder is a hereditary disease which is passed on from one generation to the other. Heredity, therefore, is also one probable bipolar disorder cause.

| I agree with you Lost One. I think BPers are extremely sensitive to others' emotions and really "get" people. It's like we have this ability to see the real person, not the mask they're putting out there. Maybe it's cuz of what we've been thru, I don't know. But..with our pain, comes extra rewards. | |
