Update on my Heart Download...

Okay...I downloaded my heart last night, then got and early call this morning from the heart doc saying the report was really bad cuz there were a lot of "episodes" where my heart goes a long time without a beat. Soooo..they wanted me to get in there today. Not my choice at all cuz I'm in the middle of a major Lupus flair and couldn't sleep at all last night cuz of the pain. My plans were for a nice, winter's nap. Anywho...I went in so the could download again and recheck it cuz they were ready to put in a pacemaker right away. I'm 3 seconds too fast with my heart rate for a pacemaker...so will go on waiting for a bit. My heart has to get down to 38 before Medicare says I need one...lol. The funny thing was..I was wide awake and playing my egghunt when my heart got the slowest. Must have been relaxing.
So..no worries here. I'm just gonna keep hangin' on and downloading my heart when I need to and wait for them to call me and say it's time.

Actually..I do.. it will keep my heart from slowing down so much that it's hardly beating, and from speeding up so much that it thinks it's in a marathon..

About the egghunt...it's like a scavenger hunt where you have to hunt in other people's profiles and see if they have eggs in their baskets. Each egg can hatch into these adorable creatures (pets) that you have to feed eggs to keep them alive. Some eggs are rare or special eggs. The more you hunt, the better chance you have in finding these eggs. Very addictive...so good for a bp..ocd kinda girl like me... It also gives me something to do with my time. I've made connections with people from around the world and they chat with me via my facebook wall and send me rare eggs they've found. I was searching for the piggybank egg cuz I love pigs, and found out you can't find it..you have to trade in your eggshells for it. One lady actually gave up her eggshells and got it for me.... So..it's a nice chance to connect with folks..keep me occcupied..meet others..and at least one other of these egghunters has made a positive comment regarding hugz
I had gotten onto an egghunter site, and requested they add me as their friend so I could hunt easier. About 20 people added me. Now..they look at my profile and see the hugz link and look....it all works out for the best.

That egg thing sounds fun. But my resolution for 2009 was to not spend so much time on the computer, to work out with my Wii which I'm having a blast doing
