I love American Idol! One guy gave me chills, but I can't remember his name. I also like the Oil Rigger guy. Not too thrilled with any ladies yet.

I actually watched it last night. The oil rigger guy made it through. That Tatiana is a real nut case though. It should get interesting now though.

Last night was family night at the program our son is going to. he said he couldn't talk freely with me in the room so i didn't go in

Shelly, he will when he can I went to the pdoc/med specialist yesterday, he put me back on lithium, 300mg in the am and 600mg at night, he said it should start to help soon. I go back in 3 weeks. I am also taking Xanax 3 times a day wonder how much work I'll be able to do?
My doc looks like Daniel on Star Gate it was hard to keep a straight face
My son and his family are all ok, the tornado's hit a couple of miles on the other side of the highway from him Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts everyone
My daughter told me she is probably moving to Florida when their lease is up I cried all the way home from dinner and then again all of the way home from Jack's this morning. I know I have to let go, but I don't have to like it

Larry (Nae's Dad) drove me into Prescott where, by the way, there's still snow on the ground...very pretty...to meet with the technician who I thought was going to download the data from the loop recorder that's implanted into my chest. He just gave me a unit where I can download it from home . This means I won't have to drive in once a week to have this done and they'll call me with the results. I just have to remember to do it every Sunday evening.
