Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers for Emily. Her temp. is finally back to normal (it was a very long night). She still has the sick belly and sore throat, but at least the fever is gone. Praying it stays gone, it's so scary when they have high fevers like that.

All I can say is my aching head. I enjoyed myself over the holiday. I never drank like this before but I felt i needed it to take the edge off.

Let us know Jackie Hope Emily is feeling better....I didn't sleep last night, these anxiety attacks are going to be the death of me I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30....and now my entire right side is hurting from the top of my head to my ankle my maintenance guy is driving me to the doctor, I don't think I can drive, Jack had to go to work, and I didn't tell him....didn't want him to worry all day

Just got back from the doctor; he put me on Soma for the muscle pain and Celexa to try to stop the anxiety attacks and stabilize the BP I'm not a walking zombie! He said the lack of sleep from the Fibro flare will bring on the anxiety attacks and snow ball the whole thing into greater pain.... I think this is what Jackie has been trying to tell me....but I was too tired to get it. He said I should take the Soma and get some sleep for 2 days before trying to go back to work. I think I will do just that!

I hope by now it's sleepy time for you Terry. Lack of sleep is a bipolar's worse enemy

Will keep you in my prayers Terry. I really hope the meds help you. It is a terrible circle of pain/lose sleep, more pain/less sleep, even more pain/no sleep. And high pain levels and lack of sleep will make the anxiety horrible and mess with the BP. It is a nightmarish cycle to get caught in. Please try to get some rest and take care of yourself. And tell Jack when you are having these cycles, he needs to know and understand what is going on so he can support and help you. Don't shut him out of this Terry, let him help you. Sorry, don't mean to lecture.

Emily is feeling better this evening, no fever and the belly is feeling much better. She swears that gingerale and fishy crackers are the only things that will make her throat and tummy feel better so that's what shes been eating and drinking today. Who am I to argue with a 5 year old?!

i had a great night, a great day, and yesterday, kira has a bright aura around her, its warm and safe, wow its like i wanna run out and tackle life, she has that effect on people.

I'm glad that Emily is better! I am still sleeping on and off, the new meds are making me so tired, and the muscles in my right side are so sore, maybe from relaxing but the doc was right to suggest taking today off, I can't hardly walk or even get up for too long but with these meds, I don't much care. Hope everyone is having a great day! Ed, I am so happy for you and Kira!

me send hugs to all who aint feeling good, i almost feel guilty that things are going so well, i mean work was not good, big mouth stress causers bothering me, but im calm and mellow, my response to there shenanigans was to get another walk man to listen to music while i work, see im dealing with those who wanna just start trouble,kira said she would hang with me there and hold my hand alot hehehehehhehehe, ill give those old bitties something to talk about hahahahhahahahah
