I have to fill out a mood journal all the time for my pdoc. We go over it when I'm there. It's hard work to figure out how you "really" feel when you're BP.

Ya, like it changes from moment to moment sometimes.....especially when your thoughts are racing from one to another, how do keep track of each one?

I don't know how easy it would be to keep track of mood changes, but it may be worth a try. I might just try it to see if I can track improvement with the SAD.

You can do it Jacki, if I can You just have to really focus and remember to write it down. That's where I mess up sometimes

I know exactly what your mood will be on monday Kylie. My daughter drags me into court once or twice a year to try to get custody of the girls back. The last time her lawyer actually asked me if I really thought that I should be raising children when I am disabled. I told her that thousands of people with disabilities worse than mine manage to raise children and yes I am perfectly capable of raising my granddaughters. Arrgghh!
My thoughts and prayers will be with you Kylie, I know how stressful and frustrating custody hearings are.

We will be there with you Kylie, Mike driving the bus, us backing you up! You are the BEST MOM I KNOW! You are raising those boys so well, for heaven's sake, look how they saved up for your birthday for you! I can't even get my 29 year old son to email me or answer his phone or call me back! It wouldn't be the first time....Kylie, I don't know what is up with that worthless ex of yours, but remmber the most important thing here, your sons are YOURS, the ex is the EX FOR A REALLY GOOD REASON!!!!!

Thanks everyone. I don't know why my ex won't leave us alone. I've done everything for these boys. Does he help out...no, not one bit. All he does is mail his support check. He didn't even do anything for their birthdays
