feeling a little better today, finally. the pain I could deal with, but the fog just makes me so frustrated. It makes me squirrely when I can't think or concentrate properly. It's better today, hopefully it keeps getting better.

Thanks everyone. Lack of sleep last night has the pain and fog levels back up again. Hopefully I'll get a nap in today, maybe that will help. It will take me at least a week to make up the sleep deficit, if I can get a nap in every day.
Ok...it's taken me 20 minutes to type a few sentences, fog thick as pea soup right now.
I need to go find spoons, lots of spoons.

I'm feeling much better today. The girls and I just vegged out yesterday after church and I got some sleep last night. Today I'm going to try to get the laundry caught up and see how I feel after that before I try to do anything else. Just might be a couch potato after that.

I am so happy to hear you are feeling better Jackie...I was feeling ok until yesterday, I was so tired I fell asleep during half time of the Cards game yesterday and then I woke up in the middle of the night hurting a lot...then I had to drive back up to Mayer this morning and now I really hurt and the fog is setting in I am trying to work but.....I keep coming home and resting, I am only doing the barest of necessary work today and avoiding the pain relief in case something important comes up that I have to pay attention to

I'm having a hard time juggling my spoons. I need to somehow find a few more every day. When my parents left for Florida I agreed to help out an elderly family friend (getting her for groceries, to appointments, etc...). Not a big deal, I could handle it. Now I have to go every morning and change her med. patch on her back (she's 87 and no way she can do that herself). I'm not complaining, I honestly don't mind helping her out. I just need to figure out how to replace the spoons I am expending. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I got a little extra sleep last night, hope it helps with my energy level today. It's so frustrating to just not have the energy to do everything I want to get done every day.

Yes, I was going to drive into Phoenix to see some friends today.....but I selpt to late, my leg is hurting, and I baring keeping myself from being depressed, so I am doing laundry here at Jack's and taking it easy.....my spoons are depleted from being manic for a week - Time to

I've been out of spoons for over a week, running to and from my parent's house. Both have the flu or something.

Wish I had some extras to loan you Kira! I'll be doing my extra running every morning til my parents get back from Florida in May. Then my Mom will help so I'll only be going 3 days a week. Can't wait for May!
