What's going on

Our son lives on a lake about 30 miles from us. I had been trying to get hold of him all week. I kept calling but he wouldn't answer. Last Sunday Hubby called and talked to him a little bit but we couldn't unxderstand what he was saying so we went up there. he wasn't home but we could tell he had been drinking all week. You couldn't even get in the door. Hubby broke the door down. There were bottles and newspapers all over the floor. You couldn't even see the floor!!! . Hubby decides he wasn't able to take care of himself so he moved him in here. He has never been without a job. He was laid off and his best friend who was his boss had been tranfered somewhere else.It has not been a very happy home around here.
