When your feel lonely ,what is your strongest motivational( hm i don't know how to say on Englis) Inspirational
Toolkit to go on with your life's.I feel lonely now and felling of emptiness

for me what keeps me going and help pass thru the depression and lonliness is wells, i have a few friends, my pup rocky and and my kick butt 1988 mustang, nothing gets to me wen i think of those things

Dustin helps me through things. I always try to think of the positive things that I DO have, even though sometimes that is easier said than done!!

I have my brother....and this is why have so many manic episodes. There is no one else i trust or who understands better than he does. My kids see my manic as a joke! my sister sees it as a behavioral issue and both think I should control it, yeah right. So, my kids and sister start telling me how not to be and it triggers worse behaviors!! what a fun day a family party is

Since I don't have any family that are close, I surround myself with good friends

That's nice you have friends Mike, you don't realize how precious they are till you look around and realize that you don't have any!!

I am always sad, very sad thinking about things like my family who has passed or my pets who have as well and sometimes I think I just can't go on and then I try to think of things that make me happy like my remaining family or the dogs I have rescued that still need me and then I can be a little happy.

Grief is hard, no matter if it's a pet or your family. The loneliness sets in like a dark cloak
