Here's what's been happening

I guess it all started the beginning of May. I just didn't feel right. I knew it was the aniv of our son's death so I was expecting to feel sad . Well the feeling never went away. The Dr said I could be bipolor and gave me some meds. I took them for a couple of weeks but I was getting worse. I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. I was about to lose my mind. I quit taking the pills and still felt like the end was near. I didn't want to do or go anywhere. If I could have I would have stayed in a closet. The Dr ask me if I snored at night. I told her yes all the time. I had a sleep test run. If you stop breathing over 5 times an hour then you have a problem. You oxyen is suppose to be 98 or 99. I stopped breathing 20 times an hour and my oxyen was 81. I sleep all the time now. I go this wednesday for the part where you sleep in this mask and they try to controll the air you breath. I'm just tired of being tired all the time. If this doesn't help I feel like just digging a hole and jumping in it.

donavon had the same prob and went for the sleep study like 3 years ago i think. they prescribed a CPAP which is a mask you wear at night while you sleep to stop the snoring and help you breathe right and he sleeps much better now with it but of course it took him a while to get used to it. finally he got used to it and he might sometime snore very slightly but usually not at all and since he gets more oxygen at night he wakes up more rested.

I hope your testing got you some answers!!
