| Hate to have a pity party, but I guess this is the best place for it. I'm in so much pain, I can hardly bare it. It's a Fibro/Lupus double whammy this time. My joints are so sore, I can't stand anything to touch them. I dropped my fork at dinner and ended up having to eat with my hands cuz I couldn't stand the pain of holding it, and have no strength in my hands. The skin on my feet is burning like fire, but my feet are cold. My joints are itching on the inside, but it's not an itch I can scratch. This is a super bad one and I'm embarrassed that I felt like I had to come and cry...but I did. I hate lupus..I hate lupus...I hate lupus. | |

| Do not ever feel as if you cannot cry, have a pity party or even a good ol' rant. Some days all I got that works is words... other days words don't even do much. But there is such power in words -- they can convey so much. We bless or curse, heal or hurt with 'em. And if we "bottle it" or "swallow it" -- IT will fester!
Know that I am praying for you! You have done so much to help us all here... let us cary your burdens, eh?

take care, try to get some sleep if at all possible... me, I am so wiped out right now from NOT sleeping last night that tonight, I will prolly get a few hours in.
We went to AWANA club tonight -- my oldest DD16 is doing the songs there -- and those sparkies (K-2) just ADORE her! I'm gonna carry their smiles with me for as long as I can ~ sending you some of that wonderful energy too | |
