ouch!!!

Yes, pain sucks Ed, we all have it in one form or another, I have it in my back, hips and legs, and I refuse to use the cane most of the time; one of these days, I will probably fall day because of it that is where my herbal remedy comes in

its been coming the past few days, its walking on the ice and snow, all so uneven and i think i am using mucles im not use to, in the ice and sow we walk so differnt i must have twisted something, it hurts head to toe, but i just walked the dog and took my cane, i did ok, i was more nervouse than anything, but i just said alot of hail marys hehehe

Yup, keep praying and walking, canes suck, I hate using mine, I hardly ever use it, I will land on my face one of these days

ya know i dont mind my cane, i went to the store and my kid came along so if i needed help he was there, i was ok, i feel it in al my bones now, i think i just twisted myself up somehow, my back feels a bit better, so im thankful flor that, plus i ran into an old lady im freinjds with from church, she is loud and real, and most people shy away from her, i hang with her and they all leave me alone hahhahahahha but anywho my son helped me and i got along ok, i hurt yes, but i do feel better, yes aND i did say ;lots of hail marys hehehe
