Why do they talk about depression as if it is a temporary condition? I mean, for me, I have times when I am happy and all, but I see depression in my life like something that is always there, just behind the door waiting to attack again and again. It has never ever gone completely from my life. Am I the only one like this? I can never let my guard down from it, depression has never completely left my life I have to work daily to keep it away

We all have to Terry. It's an awful feeling but it's always lurking behind Door #2. It's a lot of work but we have to try to see the good, see through the darkness

I usually do to Lost One, which makes it so much easier to ward off the depression; but when the black hole hits it hits hard. I still every night say to myself my verbal gratitude's....everything I can thank the Lord that I am blessed with, it helps me through each day, so I don't get depressed too often.

How about if I put George Clooney on one end of a rope and pull you out when you get into that hole?
