Friday, Dec 19 (Psych Central) -- The Psychology of CryingWe’ve all experienced a “good cry” — and the event appears to make some of us feel better and help put things in perspective.

But is crying beneficial for everyone? And is there such a thing as a “bad cry”?

That is true, until I under went the cognitive therapy, I never felt better after crying & now I don't even cry as much love

I was crying today and Monday on the road sob I get so lost even with a GPS. And the client's are all in a bitchy mood fiery mad
